Personal introduction
Troy shows true passion when it comes to working hands on. Whether it’s working on creative construction jobs or treating clients for their muscular dysfunction.
After 17 years of working as a carpenter, Troy encountered a few trying times where the industry tested his body and his mind. Through these times, it was made clear to Troy that when it comes to hands on therapy, so much could be healed.
Over the past decade, Troy has undergone ACL reconstruction and rotator cuff repair, which ultimately challenged him within recovery, physically and mentally. These personal experiences also give Troy a greater understanding on how to treat clients with their dysfunction, whilst knowing the disciplines to overcome certain setbacks.
Whilst working full time, Troy went on to complete relaxation massage and remedial massage at Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy.
Troy utilizes a range of techniques including Deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping and myofascial release.

In his spare time, Troy enjoys any opportunity to get out in the country side and explore the land, living a healthy and active lifestyle, getting himself to sporting events and spending as much time with family and friends as possible. Troy has an unrivalled eagerness to learn, a desire to help, and is ready to serve
